As a Global Therapeutic Area Compliance Partner (e.g. Hematology/Oncology, CVRM) you are part of the Global Function & PIAT (Pharma International Above Country) Compliance Partnership Team within the Pharma Compliance Office. You are driving the development and execution of Compliance Management System (CMS) strategies, with an emphasis on the Compliance Program. This involves partnering, advising, and training Global Therapeutic Area (TA) teams (e.g., Global Functions, PIAT). You will report to the Head of the Global Function & PIAT Compliance Partnership Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Governance: Design, implement and continuously improve the Compliance Management System for Global teams (e.g. Global Functions, PIAT) within your respective Therapeutic Area(s)
  • Partnering: Advise and mentor on compliance topics, including the identification and management of compliance risks from early research to commercialization within the respective TA
  • Business Enablement: Understand the TA specific business strategies and needs in order to craft solutions that deliver rapid outcomes and empower ethical decision making
  • Learning: (Co-)Create and implement compliance training and education to various Global Teams
  • Investigations and Remediation: Support the investigation of compliance-related issues, implement appropriate corrective actions, and prevent recurrence
  • Compliance Network: Lead, handle and/or participate in various other (cross-functional) compliance projects as applicable

Who you are

  • Compliance Expert: In-depth understanding of the life science industry and experience in healthcare compliance codes & regulations. Related University Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Passionate: You are a true self-starter and proactive; eager to learn and grow within the role, as well as in the broader field of compliance, by staying informed about internal and external trends
  • Managing Complexity: You tackle problems pragmatically with the ability to quickly understand and analyze facts and situations
  • Partnering: You thrive on cross-functional and network collaboration, bringing people together to work towards a common purpose across organizational boundaries. You can work effectively in a team setting, encouraging knowledge sharing and collective problem-solving to drive success
  • Language Proficiency: You are proficient in English (both written and spoken)
