DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS
This role is part of Lenovo’s Global Future Leaders Program which engages high-achieving, driven students by immersing them into the world of a global technology powerhouse. In your role as a ThinkPad Product and Segment Manager with our Intelligent Device Group you will:
1. Act as a core member of cross-disciplinary team responsible for launching new ThinkPads
2. Oversee all aspects of product management and launch for specified products
3. Oversee sales enablement and training activities
4. Participate in and help coordinate industry-related events
5. Act as primary liaison and subject matter expert for regional product teams
6. Drive Customer Engagement activities and feedback for LBEG product segment
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or above with a graduation date between 2024 and August 2025 in technical degrees in (CES, ME/EE),
- Passion for technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a global team environment
- Ability to think strategically but have exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills 7.Strong analytical and quantitative capability
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Flexibility to travel as needed (10-20%)
10 . Technical skills (programming, ME/EE) - Preferred experience through relevant internships (or FT) in the technology sector
- Technical degrees in (CES, ME/EE), master’s degree or MBA are also preferred.
- Leadership experience in school, work, internship and/or community.
