We are currently looking for a Global Total Rewards Manager to join our growing team!

JOB SUMMARY

The Global Total Rewards Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive global total rewards strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of compensation and benefits practices, global HR trends, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will collaborate with HR business partners, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure the total rewards program is competitive, equitable, and supports the company’s talent acquisition, retention, and engagement goals. Responsible for managing Certified Group’s global compensation and benefits plans and programs including the US, Canada and Europe. Work with compensation and benefit consultants, brokers and administrators, overseeing recordkeeping and compliance, consultation and guidance for all levels of the organization. Conduct or oversee Requests for Proposals in conjunction with consultants and brokers. Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and regulations in order to ensure full compliance with all applicable state and federal guidelines. Oversee associated records, follow up with employees, managers, and vendors. Ensure accurate and timely entry of all HR related data into the HRIS system, support for accurate Payroll processing, develop reporting and analysis to support HR and management, create and transmit HR data files to external sources.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources management or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in benefit administration and 2 years’ experience with HR Systems.
  • CCP, CBP, CEBS , SHRM, HRCI or other industry certification preferred.
  • General knowledge of HR functions and data, including payroll, disability management, benefits enrollment.
  • Solid knowledge of DOL, Federal and State employment laws, FMLA, CFRA, IRS, COBRA, FMLA, ERISA, and HCR, State Disability, Worker’s Compensation and OSHA regulatory compliance required.
  • Strong competency working with HRIS data systems and utilization of third-party websites.
  • Working knowledge of compliance and reporting requirements, plan administration, leave administration and employee benefits plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global total rewards strategy that attracts, motivates, and retains top talent while aligning with the company’s business objectives and financial goals.
  • Conduct comprehensive compensation and benefits market analysis to ensure competitive positioning and benchmarking and maintain the current job grade structure
  • Design and manage global compensation programs, including base pay, variable pay, incentives, and executive compensation.
  • Oversee the development and administration of global benefits programs, including health and welfare, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with global employment and benefits regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes.
  • Partner with HR business partners to provide compensation and benefits guidance and support to employees and managers.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies to educate employees on total rewards programs.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for compensation and benefits programs.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of total rewards programs and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay current on global total rewards trends and best practices. Manager will plan, organize and communicate the responsibilities of the benefits coordinator role and dotted line compensation resource.
  • Design, Administer and communicate global benefit programs in regard to plan options, policy features, enrollment and other requirements also ensuring accurate administration and reporting to applicable regulations. Oversee, audit, process and activate employee applications, benefit changes, updates or initiate benefit separation documentation as applicable on vendor/provider websites.
  • Administer leave of absences (FMLA, Military, STD, LTD, etc.) including requests, approvals, tracking and coordinating all types of leaves. Lead RFP to outsource leave management
  • Manage accident reporting to include Worker’s Compensation claim administration and follow up requirements.
  • Coordinate, plan, oversee and deliver open enrollment, benefit programs and education meetings.
  • Monitor benefit database integrity, ensure accuracy of invoices, reconcile account discrepancies, and the timely payment of bills.
  • Perform all benefit data entry transactions, verification and maintenance in the HR system.
  • Recommend and implement audit processes and other data integrity controls. Improve and automate processes and paperwork where necessary. Documents new procedures.
  • Deliver routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting and respond to immediate data requests as needed. Deliver financial/HR analytics reports.
  • Handle benefit inquiries to ensure quick, equitable, courteous resolution by properly interpreting benefit policies, plans and procedures.
  • Recommend benefits programs to management by studying employee requirements, trends, options and predicting future costs.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
