Description:
YOUR TASK
Lead the global tribe of all Cloud Security, Risk and Compliance elements for the Cloud Infrastructure Security & Risk practice to ensure highest quality of service, delivery on time and in budget according to customer specifications across all TSI delivery locations and TSI organizations within a matrix steering model, such as people organization, nonCloud Services Units or 3rd party deliveries.
The Tribe lead reports to VP Cloud Infrastructuce, Security & Risk Practice
- Own and manage the security and risk portfolio for Professional Services, aligning with organizational goals and strategies
- Responsible to deliver financial targets of the tribe, mainly production variance and order result
- Responsible for e2e Delivery of services within the tribe, across locations and competence houses (aka People Organization), focusing on Time, Budget, and Quality elements
- Responsible for functional leading of team of Squad leads and ensure talent development within the organization
- Responsible to evaluate and approve all offers sent to customers for the scope of the tribe’s deliveries from the point of e2e delivery
- Responsible for setup, alignment and fullfllment of the Tribe vision, strategy, business plan and KPIs/OKRs
- Responsible for timely contracting of resources for the delivery of services as described above and their onboarding to projects
- Manages cross-organizational interfaces, especially connected to product and presales areas, as well as stakeholder management within the wider area of TSI for topics related to cyber-security, compliance and risk
- Ensures continuous improvement starting with lessons learned from projects into a well-designed learning organization at the end
