Responsibilities:

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Gather input for Showcase portfolio, collection of relevant Workplace projects in the countries for sharing with Senior Stakeholders.
  • Collecting input from Heads of Regional Workplace Managers for Global Workplace bi-monthly presentation
  • Develop and own an agreed communication plan to increase the visibility of the work undertaken by Global Workplace in collaboration with communications and local Workplace teams
  • Responsible for gathering inputs and review of GHG emission data in conjunction with SME
  • Update and maintain function SharePoint sites as required on both a global and local level.
  • Organise travel, accommodation, and visas for the team, when needed.
  • Support mapping and maintenance of annual cycle, our Global Workplace global calendar tasks.
  • Support Global Data Protection Regulation Coordinator
  • Support Global Physical Security team as required
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the centralised Global FM&RE digital file storage (MS teams

  • Solid experience and knowledge of facilities management
  • Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office Applications
  • A self-starter and good with people management to support change within the workspace
  • Fluent verbally and in written form in English
  • Excellent in both written and verbal communication
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient English skills in addition to local language (were relevant)
  • Through understanding of GHG accounting protocols
  • Adaptability and readiness to assist with ad-hoc tasks and learn new material in a timely manne
