About Team

The Physical Security System and Technology team is part of the Corporate Services department and we aim to provide employees with a safe working environment through integrated intelligent system construction, efficient system operation and maintenance, and working area construction based on security strategy, etc. Our team focuses on how to use systematic tools to support physical security management and safeguard the company’s operations globally.

• Defining and implementing a globalized strategy for the delivery and management of all physical security system technology related to the workplace experience across global locations.
• Oversight/coordination of the delivery and support of all technology services within our spaces, including but not limited to networks, low voltage, wireless, in building DAS solutions, UPS, cabling and technology equipment in our offices.
• Developing, driving, and documenting modernized standards globally.
• Vendor selection, negotiation, and contract oversight for all activities.
• Partnering with Global Real Estate, business leaders, engineering, and vendors, communicating business user needs and transferring those needs into requirements and technology selection.
• Developing forecasts/estimates for future programs and managing all budgeting, billing and contracts including consolidation/centralization where feasible.
• Building a discipline around providing thorough and detailed metrics and analysis on all products within scope of responsibility allowing for informed decision making.
• Fostering and continuously driving an environment of continuous learning around workplace technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Over 5 years of designing and delivering workplace and/or data center technologies and experience leading organizations through change and transformation, motivating teams to deliver and create a world class workplace experience.
• Experience working with third party suppliers including overseeing financials/budgets, contracts and SLAs.
• Outstanding communication and relationship management skills with a focus on the customer, at all levels of the organization.
• Quick learning and logical thinking abilities
• Self-motivated, and a strong curiosity about the Internet, Technology and Innovation sectors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong academic credentials
• Must demonstrate an agile and flexible detail oriented approach to work with a sense of urgency; adjusting approach as required as business needs evolve
• Ability to zoom-out to see the bigger picture as well as zoom-in to understand the finer details interchangeably
• Exhibit enthusiasm and willingness to “roll up their sleeves” to get the job done
