We are looking for an experienced S/4HANA Delivery Manger / Program Manager (f/m/d) responsible for managing delivery of various localization programs that Globalization executes.

This role would include:

• Manage / Govern the execution of SAP programs, ensuring compliant and successful delivery
• Collaborating closely with Chief/Area Product Managers (C/APM) and scrum teams in the Globalization department
• Establishing strong relationships with central Line of Business (LoB) contacts
• Organizing / Participating in Program meetings for roll-in, roll-out, tracking and coordination
• Assisting management in effectively managing projects/deliveries particularly in cross-functional areas
• Ensuring that deliveries adhere to the SAP guidelines and standards, as well of the overall program
• Coordinating with Product teams to align their efforts with the program’s objectives, utilizing existing structures and models such as Delivery Responsible and Quality Responsible
• Managing cross-program dependencies, service groups, and stakeholders
• Supporting Product Portfolio Planning in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
• Own, review and improve Program/Delivery processes
• Drive/Support compliance activities (e.g. audits)
