Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example & setting management expectations across your team
  • Problem solving & ability to provide solutions
  • Assist with roster management
  • Train, mentor, & coach team to work towards goals and succession planning
  • Manage the team ( Shop Floor & Back of House ) to ensure that tasks are completed in a efficient and effective manner
  • Proactive approach in loss prevention management
  • Work with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the store
