Responsibilities:
- Lead by example & setting management expectations across your team
- Problem solving & ability to provide solutions
- Assist with roster management
- Train, mentor, & coach team to work towards goals and succession planning
- Manage the team ( Shop Floor & Back of House ) to ensure that tasks are completed in a efficient and effective manner
- Proactive approach in loss prevention management
- Work with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the store
