Description:
We are seeking an experienced individual who thrives in the fast-paced world of fine dining to take on a General Manager position to manage a highend restaurant. As a key member the our leadership team, this role is pivotal in driving profitability and exceeding guest expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in fine dining operations with a proven track record of success.
- Comprehensive understanding of all restaurant operations: financial management, food & beverage and kitchen management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, driving operational excellence.
- Analytical mind with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and financial reporting tools.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to creating exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
