POSITION SUMMARY…
To assist in the leadership of General Merchandise and Fashion Associates and department processes through partnership with the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager and ensure a high level of customer service and while ensuring task completion.

Responsibilities:
Job Responsibility #1 Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate.
Job Responsibility #2 Assists in providing direction and the co-ordination of task completion as per communicated priorities from the General Merchandise and Fashion Assistant Manager and the Store Management Team.
Job Responsibility #3 Assesses the overall presentation of General Merchandise and Fashion Departments and appearance, noting deficiencies for corrective action and executes merchandising display changes where required.
Job Responsibility #4 Delegate, assist and follow up on completion of daily Customer Availability Process tasks
Job Responsibility #5 Support with scheduling as needed.
Job Responsibility #6 Assign Associates to support with coverage and availability tasks in all areas of the store.
Job Responsibility #7 Participates in the training and development of the General Merchandise and Fashion Associates , and provides feedback as needed.
Job Responsibility #8 Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure and free of debris.
