We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Manager for our Quality Improvement and Reporting team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust systems and processes to manage complaints and incidents effectively. Your leadership will drive our commitment to learning from these experiences to improve our services, ensuring that every client receives the highest standard of care.
This is a permanent, full time role based in Blackburn, Melbourne with hybrid working arrangements.

About you:

  • Qualifications in Social Work, Allied Health, Nursing or similar
  • 5+ years’ experience in a senior leadership quality role
  • Experience in leading the delivery of social/human services eg. homelessness, domestic violence, community services, healthcare, aged care or disability
  • Systems implementation / data analysis / reporting
