MŌU - ABOUT YOU

Core IT services, and ensuring they are the best possible experience for end users, will be your passion. You will have demonstrated senior leadership experience leading engaged teams of IT experts working towards this same goal. Ideally you will have successfully been on this journey before and have a desire to lead it again, even better!

You’ll be able to clearly articulate the following skills and experience:

  • Multiple years’ experience operating as a senior leader within large complex operational IT environments which are evolving through transformational change.
  • Working knowledge of highly resilient IT operations, infrastructure domains, service delivery, datacentres, and cloud.
  • Experience leading digital workplace programmes.
  • Strong commercial acumen, and the ability to manage technology investment and drive commercial outcomes which are effective in the short and longer term.
  • Highly capable people leaderships skills with the ability to inspire and energise.
  • Effective stakeholder management skills within both technical and non-technical settings.
