HOW YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE
We are looking for an experienced Go-To-Market (GTM) Enablement Manager that will collaborate across Sales, Relationship Management, Product, and Marketing teams to launch products and create best in class sales readiness programs to support our teams. This role reports to the Director of Product Marketing and works with our Product Marketing and Product teams, you will facilitate launches, design enablement content and train client-facing teams across the launch and product adoption cycle.This role will influence and operationalize our cross-functional GTM strategy for internal audiences. The ideal candidate is organized and a skilled communicator with depth of enablement experience and launch coordination skills.
Responsibilities:
- Define, design, deliver enablement and internal readiness of stakeholders across sales, business readiness, product marketing, consumer engagement marketing operations, product and reporting for launch initiatives
- Partner with Product Marketing Manager to understand HealthEquity’s products and value propositions, and build on that to develop and coordinate impactful enablement content and training for various client-facing teams during the product launch process
- Participate in product development life cycle to ensure product understanding and nuances that may require training and enablement
- Participate in development of launch strategies, tactics and timelines
- Collaborate with GTM Project Manager on launch execution
- Create and present training content that demonstrates both product features and client/partner/member benefits
- Collaborate with internal teams on development of sales collateral and deliver continuous sales enablement
- Partner with teams and learning delivery to tailor trainings and enablement by role/function
- Measure effectiveness of enablement programs and training gaps, collect feedback, and iterate as needed for continual improvement
