• Part time Goalkeeping Coach for COE Team
• Design and implement training plans tailored for goalkeepers, focusing on technical skills, positioning, handling, and decision-making.
• Adapt sessions to cater to youth players, ensuring a progressive learning environment.
• Collaborate with the head coach to integrate goalkeeper training within the team’s overall training regimen.
• Coordinate drills that simulate game scenarios to enhance goalkeeper performance during matches.
• Aid the head coach in analyzing goalkeeper performance and preparing statistical reports from matches.
• Provide insights and recommendations for goalkeeper improvement based on game analysis.
• Undertake duties as assigned by the head coach, team manager, or general manager related to goalkeeper coaching and team support.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both local and Japanese players, particularly focusing on goalkeeper-specific coaching instructions.
• Experience with Japanese or Ekkono football coaching and training methodologies is advantageous.
• Stay updated on modern trends and best practices in goalkeeper coaching.
• Vibrant, energetic, and confident personality suitable for inspiring and developing youth goalkeepers.
• Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within the coaching staff and support the overall team objectives.
• Capability to engage with community and school outreach programs, promoting goalkeeper development and fostering relationships with local stakeholders.
• Possess of FAS Level 1 GK Certification is a bonus.
