Overview:
The Golf Cart Driver serves as the initial contact for guests arriving on the hospital campus. This role is responsible for picking up patients and visitors in the parking areas and driving them to the hospital entrances. The Golf Cart Driver is also responsible for picking up patients and visitors at the hospital entrances and driving them to their vehicles in the parking areas. The Golf Cart Driver must have comprehensive knowledge of hospital services, their locations, and key entrances for each.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, required.
• Experience: Minimum one year customer service experience, required.
• Licensure/Certification: Valid state driver’s license, required.
• Additional Skills (required):
• Effective communication skills with people of diverse backgrounds and all levels of authority.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Must be detail oriented and demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking.
• Ability to function as part of a team as well as independently. Must demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to operate a golf cart.
