We are currently recruiting a part time Golf Course & Estate Administrator to join our team at Carton House.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages essential
- Ability to operate within a highly pressurised and fast paced environment and work on your own initiative
- Accuracy, attention to detail and a pro-active approach
- Excellent planning, organisation and co-ordination skills
- Confident in communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
- Previous experience or understanding of golf/greenkeeping operations an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Provide HR & general administration support to the Golf Course and Estate Management team.
- Prepare and track purchase orders, check and match invoices with POs and sign off with General Accounts Department.
- Assist with budget preparation by collating expenditure records.
- Monitor and print Payroll Reports from Alkimii for Resort Superintendent.
- Update and organise H&S training & records for Greenkeeping Department.
- Minute Department and H&S meetings.
- Tracks and issues uniform to staff.
- Co-ordinate and administer environmental and sustainability activities and programmes.
- Complete assorted and varied administration jobs as needed.
