FERTILIZER APPLICATION TECHNICIAN

The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Fertilizer Application Technician who share s a passion for excellence and who infuse s enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Fertilizer Application Technician s have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge o f the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required .

Responsibilities:

  • Performs chemical applications under the supervision of the Superintendent.
  • Responsible for the safety and direction of chemical handlers and helpers.
  • Responsible to implement and ensure compliance with the current safety of mixing of chemicals, spraying safe and legal disposal of excess chemicals.
  • Maintains chemical storage and mixing areas in compliance with county, state and federal regulations.
  • Capable of performing all work tasks that are needed by the Superintendent (irrigation, spraying, mowing, etc.)
  • Capable to safely prepare and apply pesticides and fertilizers following the laws and regulations of the EPA .
  • Performs routine safety inspections on all spraying equipment.
  • Follow routine safety inspections on all spray equipment.
