Description:

Responsibilities:
- Follow all the employment policies and procedures as laid out in the employee handbook
- Ensure that guests are greeted immediately and addressed by their name whenever possible
- Answer phones, direct calls, and answer customer questions professionally
- Responsible for opening and closing of Pro Shop and/or Back shop
- Ensure a clean, safe, healthy workplace for staff and the maintenance of a tidy, hazard free property for the enjoyment of members and their guests
- Take Tee times reservations, Check-in tee times and process applicable fees
- Sell products in the Golf Shop and promote custom and corporate orders
- Work with Head Professional to ensure proper rotation of inventory and merchandising
- Communicate with the starter on guest’s status and other information
- Assist other team member duties as deemed necessary
- Ensure that our member and guest rules and regulation are adhered to
- Anticipate any problems, conflicts, or situations and be proactive
- Attend all department meetings
- Stay up to date with new and changing information on all promotions and special events
- Assist with tournament organization (signage, scoring, registration etc.)
