- Previous experience within a golf operations role is essential
- Previous supervisory experience is essential
- A vast knowledge of the game of golf is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken is essential
- Must be proactive and able to work within a team as well as individually
- Must be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills

Responsibilities:
POSITION PURPOSE
The Golf Operations Supervisor will oversee the daily running of the Golf Operations at Trump Turnberry and report directly to the Golf Management Team. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a high-quality golf experience for members and guests.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Oversee and manage the daily Golf Operations.
- Work closely with Caddiemaster to be aware of the daily caddie requirements
- Manage the stock of required items for the golf operation. e.g. Scorecards, course guides, tees, pencils, pouches etc
- Monitor and manage pace of play with the use of Tag Marshall.
- Effectively manage the collection of Tag Marshall devices.
- Manage operational rotas by monitoring business volume forecast and plan accordingly in areas of manpower, productivity, costs and other expenses. Foster a welcoming and professional environment for members, guests, and staff.
- Regularly engage with golfers to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- With the Golf Management team, responsible for implementing and maintaining excellent service to achieve guest satisfaction.
- Train, and supervise golf operations staff, including starters, rangers, and golf concierge.
- Assures that effective orientation and training are given to each new associate.
- Develop ongoing training programs.
- Work closely with the Golf Events team assisting with event set up.
- Liaise with the Greenkeeping team to ensure of course conditions daily and ensure the team are updated.
