We are a dynamic telehealth team focused on delivering accessible and innovative healthcare services. We’re looking for an experienced Google Ads Consultant to help optimize our digital advertising campaigns and ensure their effectiveness in driving engagement and growth. If you’re based in Quebec, fluent in both French and English, and have strong technical skills in ad tracking and campaign optimization, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize Google Ads campaigns to effectively reach healthcare clients and meet performance goals.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of conversions and user behavior, using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and other necessary tools.
  • Verify proper tracking setups through browser network tabs, debugging tools, and analytics platforms to ensure precise data collection.
  • Provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance, return on investment (ROI), and user engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to align advertising strategies with healthcare business objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance regularly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise with tracking or reporting.

Requirements:

  • Must be based in the province of Quebec.
  • Fluency in French and English (both spoken and written).
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, especially in the healthcare or telehealth sector.
  • Strong technical expertise in ad tracking setup, troubleshooting, and analysis, including using GTM, browser network tabs, and other debugging tools.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, GA4, and other relevant ad platforms is a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
