JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a remote position.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data driven Google Ads Specialist to join our digital marketing team. This role is crucial for planning, implementing, and optimising our Google Ads campaigns to improve account efficiency across the Google Ads platform. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of pay-per-click (PPC) management, a track record of improving ROI through effective ad campaigns, and the ability to analyse performance data to make informed marketing decisions.
As a Google Ads Specialist, you will manage campaigns from concept to execution, including keyword research, ad creation, bidding strategies, and performance analysis.
You will work closely with other members of the marketing team to ensure that the advertising strategies align with overall business goals and complement other marketing initiatives. This role requires someone who is analytical, creative, and proactive in staying up-to-date with digital advertising trends and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management
  • Develop, execute, and optimise cutting-edge Google Ads campaigns to meet or exceed objectives in traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue.
  • Manage daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads including keyword research, bid management, ad copywriting, and performance monitoring.
  • Have an understanding of GTM + GA4 and conversion tracking set-up.
  • Performance Analysis
  • Track and analyse analytics reports to gain insight into traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilise this information to refine campaign strategies.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Strategy
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to integrate PPC campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
  • Optimisation and Innovation
  • Continuously test and optimise new keywords, ad text, bid strategies, and additional elements across multiple campaigns to maximise results.
  • Stay current with new PPC trends and techniques; apply these findings to improve campaign performance and provide new perspectives on client strategies.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Google Ads Specialist or PPC Manager.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and PPC practices.
  • Excellent grasp of data analysis and metrics interpretation.
  • Excellent proficiency in English.

EDUCATION

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
