Responsibilities:

YOUR ROLE AT IMPACT:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our organisation as an Governance Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and organisational goals. This position plays a critical role in promoting transparency, accountability, and risk management within the organisation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Governance Framework Implementation
  • Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organisational
  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures to enhance governance
  • Compliance Management
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address non-compliance
  • Risk Management
  • Collaborate with the risk management team to identify, assess, and mitigate related
  • Implement measures to enhance the organisation’s resilience to potential
  • Documentation and Reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of governance policies, processes, and
  • Generate regular reports on governance activities and key performance indicators for management
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work closely with leaders, department heads, and cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and ensure alignment with governance
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and communication regarding governance
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify areas for improvement within the governance framework and recommend
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to adapt governance practices accordingly.
