About the Role
As a Governance Analyst in our Performance & Governance team, you’ll play a key role in helping to support the assurance, compliance and operational risk framework, associated reporting and analysis, and stakeholder engagement within the Digital Employee Experience team.
The role will also support the Digital Employee Experience function embed a strong risk culture, drive behaviours to get to the root cause of risk events and feed insights into appropriate business process owners (where appropriate), monitor and drive action from risk events /audit, and identify trends in the risk profile for focus by leaders across team.
