Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Governance and Reporting: Develop and manage high-quality, time-sensitive reports for internal and external audiences. Support committee meetings, ensuring clear process flows and effective communication of roles and responsibilities. Prepare presentations and responses for various committees and boards.
  • Communication and Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for communication deliverables. Maintain accurate records and ensure alignment with organizational standards.
  • Process Management: Screen funding requests for compliance and coordinate the review process. Ensure data accuracy and facilitate the translation and communication of guidelines.
  • Support for Funding Requests: Provide end-to-end support for funding request processes, including coordination with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Business Process Optimization: Contribute to the development of tools and templates to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement: Document lessons learned and best practices to continually improve funding request and review processes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Essential: University degree in public health, business, economics, international/public affairs, social science, communications, or related fields. 2-4 years of relevant experience in governance, communication, and policy-related roles. Proven ability to draft high-quality reports and presentations.
  • Desirable: Advanced degree and international experience, particularly in grant-making or grant implementation. Familiarity with relevant processes and policies, and experience in a multicultural professional environment.
