Job Title: Governance & Assurance Officer

Salary: Circa £35,000 depending on skills and experience

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

Essential:

• Previous analysis and/or project administration experience
• Good organisational, proactive, and motivational skills
• Effective time management with the ability to handle tasks across multiple projects

Desirable:

• Knowledge of Audit practices
• Familiarity with Operational Excellence (Lean methodology)
• Awareness of Quality Management Systems, Operational Framework, and Operational Assurance process

• Assist with the engagement and coordination of materials (e.g., reports, action updates, status reports) from individuals across the wider Enterprise IT team
• Maintain a timetable of regular activities and deliverables (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually), tracking progress and providing a monthly summary report
• Aid in day-to-day activities, such as scheduling meetings, taking notes of actions and updates, and subsequently following up with action owners
• Maintain the team SharePoint site
• Manage SharePoint and Shared Network Drive Permissions Models where needed
• Facilitate Business Management System audits and follow through on actions, ensuring processes and diagrams are maintained
