The opportunity:
Join our Governance team, a crucial part of the Business Control & Product Management (BCPM) function. This role offers the chance to enhance our governance frameworks across Personal Customers, Business Customers, and Large Corporates & Institutions segments. You will expand your professional network and increase your influence by developing responsible risk and product governance practices, delivering significant value to our customers and society.
Key tasks:
As a key person, you will structure and lead the work on various risk related change processes with the end-goal to further enhance our risk oversight. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to secure timely execution on high-attention deliverables.
In this role, you:
- Lead projects aimed at streamlining risk and product governance frameworks.
- Support the facilitation of various Product & Risk Committees and decision-making forums.
- Develop and implement sustainable risk governance processes and documentation practices.
Provide expert advice on risk and product governance to diverse stakeholders.Implement internal governance policies effectively, focusing on simplicity and continuous improvement.
Skills and experience:
A foundational understanding of the financial sector is highly beneficial for this role. However, the key to success lies in your project management skills. We value candidates whose educational and professional journeys align well with the following:
- A degree in Economics, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in risk, compliance, governance, or related areas is advantageous.
- Familiarity with operational risk management or Enterprise Risk Management frameworks is beneficial.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of a Scandinavian language is a bonus.Are comfortable in utilizing GenAI and AI with a keen interest in exploring new IT-tools.
