Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Governance (Committee) Coordinator you will work alongside the Senior Governance Advisor to ensure all Council, Committees, Subcommittee and Community Board meetings are scheduled, agendas are ready, rooms and catering are booked, and minutes are captured. You will also provide general administration support and reporting as required.
OTHER TASKS MAY INCLUDE:
- Updating databases and organising filing systems
- Arranging livestreaming and recordings of meetings
- Tracking of and follow up on, meeting actions
- Support with projects, including Representation Review and local government elections
- Some after-hours meetings and travel required
