- Previous experience working within a reseller essential, preferably in Reseller or Vendor but would consider Distribution specialists with some external experience

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To provide admin support for the daily running of our Governance, Risk, and Compliance Team such as sending booked work/ purchase order’s to the Project Management team
- To support with reporting and admin where required
- To support with managing pre-sales calls bookings
- To train to become an additional face-to-face sales specialist for the sales teams
- To train for engagement with pre-sales conversations with our customers
- To provide support with the teams channel resources for sales
- To create core service statements of work to be peer reviewed and sent to clients
- To support with marketing to create bespoke campaigns and raise awareness internally/ externally
- To help manage the relationship between customer and our internal GRC Consultants
- To support with managing our relationship with partners and solution providers
INDIVIDUAL DUTIES:
- To support with the business unit target and work towards key goals within a team
- Work closely with the Governance, Risk, AND Compliance Business Manager to increase sales AND awareness
- Work on upsell/ cross sell into current customer base/ wider Phoenix business AND future projects
- Help to maintain the business units information in shared files clear and usable by all members of team
- Ensure all SLA’s are met or exceeded
