Key Relationships: VA National, Sales, Sales Support, Clinical Support, Operations, VA/EHS Providers, Patients, Health Plans
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong interpersonal, communication and collaborative skills
- Proven experience in a support or administrative role
- Prior employment history within the VA and/or IHS system.
- Proficiency with Excel, MS Office and Google Sheets
- Understanding of VA and Commercial sales processes
Responsibilities:
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
In this role you must have a passion for patients, serving others, and supporting clinicians and stakeholders who are involved in the Remote Temperature Monitoring Program in the VA, IHS and all health systems in the Private Payer Market. This position will have responsibility for National level relationship management across the United States from a remote office, with potential for limited field travel upon demand. Reporting to the Vice President of Provider Sales, this candidate will work closely with the government accounts’ external stakeholders, regional sales managers and remote temperature monitoring specialists to spearhead the service and protocols of the Podimetrics product and program offerings.
This position is eligible for a competitive base salary, monthly management by objectives (MBO), full benefits, and a generous PTO package.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support existing relationships within the VA Health System, Indian Health Services and potential for other governmental contracted prevention programs
- Owns and manages the client level communications
- Responsible for overall client satisfaction
- Manages National program level reporting, protocols, projects and initiatives
- Ensures all contractual obligations are being met
- Monitors and reports on ongoing client results to ensure successful outcomes/results
- Manages and resolves quality concerns with client operations teams on all client issues
- Works closely with field facing and support teams to ensure expansion opportunities are being fulfilled, as well as managing projects regarding clinical reporting and additional analytics
