Responsibilities:

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a senior RPA Developer, you will be responsible for supporting your team members with developing the customer experience, business requirements and strategy, and working effectively as a team member; You’ll provide all necessary support to your peers and leadership, and be able to communicate and update team members on progress. In addition, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Implement automated processes using UiPath to replace manual processing where necessary.
  • Work in conjunction with the project team to define requirements for automation, conduct ROI, and work through the project lifecycle to ensure successful implementation
  • Contribute to the designing of automation workflows using UiPath
  • Verify the automation by performing unit tests and ensuring reliability, efficiency, and maintainability
  • Analyze, understand, and model business processes to create automatic solutions
  • Document the automation development processes and monitor the system performance after implementation
  • Provide support to end-users and troubleshoot any issues related to the automation
  • Stay updated with emerging industry trends and UiPath features
  • Develop customer experience and user interaction for digital projects, including experience maps and personas, information architecture, and other deliverables
  • Build and implement ETL data pipelines using automated systems and code
  • Developing software with teams using pull request model
  • Writing authentication/authorization using SAML/Authentication token resources
  • Define the features and requirements for digital products, including web applications, mobile solutions, social and other digital platforms
  • Develop project plans, briefings and other required artifacts for engagements as required
  • Develop capability briefings and various work products/marketing pieces for digital to support a growing internal center of excellence and community of practice
  • Support business development activities for digital opportunities, including capture management, client presentations and proposal support

In addition to your client responsibilities, you will also be expected to fulfil senior-level responsibilities within the firm. EY senior support people-related initiatives, including recruiting events and interview nights. Senior are also expected to support and participate in internal, firm activities, including training programs and courses to stay current on training requirements and continuously improve technical skills. Lastly, you will be expected to understand and follow all workplace policies and procedures, including all applicable Independence policies.

TO QUALIFY FOR THE ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Candidate must be able to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance
  • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in UiPath development; UiPath Developer Advanced Certification is a plus
  • Proficient with C#, .Net, VB.Net, SQL, and relational databases
  • Solid understanding of workflow-based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solutions
  • Understanding of formal process improvement methodologies would be beneficial
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with different business stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in process design, development, and implementation in process automation tools like UiPath
  • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to analyze complicated systems, deduce complex business, systems, and process issues and drive to resolution
  • Candidate MUST be comfortable working in-person in the greater Washington, DC area as needed
    Due to the nature of our work in the Government and Public Sector, work may be required to be completed at client, EY and/or contractor sites. Our goal is to assign professionals to projects within a commutable distance of their work location office. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs. Candidates should be willing to travel 20 – 30% or more
    Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance or higher, which will be driven by the engagement requirement

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $75,800 to $125,000. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $90,900 to $142,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
