As a Government Relations Analyst , you will provide support in coordinating daily import-export activities by harmoniously implementing existing local and European legislation impacting the organization. You will also create links between the organization and government authorities, ensuring that the organization understands the current regulations and their impact on the company’s practices.

Responsibilities:
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Maintains continuous and close contact with government authorities in the field of activity.
- Acts as a single point of contact in the relationship between business units and government authorities.
- Assists in reviewing and documenting monthly due diligence assessment processes and, in general, all processes involving transaction control mechanisms.
- Keeps up-to-date documentation on all types of documents involved in import-export operations, international rules regarding the transport of goods, delivery conditions, and Romanian/international customs legislation.
- Collaborates closely with procurement specialists, engineers, and customer relations representatives.
FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other relevant areas.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word/Excel/Power Point) and general computer use.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Analytical thinking and good organizational skills.
