Description:

Qiddiya Investment Company is on the lookout for a proactive and skilled Government Relations Lead (Residential) to join our team. As part of our mission to create a world-class entertainment and leisure destination, you will be responsible for managing relationships with government entities and local authorities, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration to facilitate our residential projects.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Political Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in government relations or public affairs, preferably in real estate or construction.
  • Strong understanding of local government processes, regulations, and community issues.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with government agencies and local authorities to support residential development initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all government-related inquiries and issues pertaining to residential projects.
  • Advocate for the company’s interests in discussions and negotiations with government stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations, permits, and licenses required for residential developments.
  • Monitor government policies, legislation, and community trends that may impact residential projects.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding government relations developments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align government relations strategies with project needs and timelines.
  • Participate in community engagement initiatives to promote the company’s vision and projects.
