OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Learning Administration Specialist to support Micron’s Global Quality engineering department. In this role, you will administer two learning management systems to support the learning and development needs of GQ team members: one for general training and another for on-the-job training. You will work closely with internal customers and learning administration colleagues to ensure team member and organizational learning needs are met.

Measurement and evaluation – you can create reports that customers can quickly glean insights from; you can identify training gaps from data
Stakeholder management – you are able to help customers understand why requests are being made and what they need to do to effectively leverage the learning management system
Interpersonal skills – you are comfortable talking to people at all levels of an organization
