The programme
The programme lasts for 2-years and includes rotations of 3-12 months across functions, business areas.

THE POSITION
Equinor’s most important asset is our people and in People & Organisation (PO), we provide advice, support, specialist services and operational services to all areas of the company. Each business area has its own PO teams that secure the implementation of PO processes, support leaders, deliver on needs specific to each business area, and ensure compliance to our processes.
We’re looking for graduates with an open mindset, positive attitude, strong collaboration skills, high ethical standards, strong communication skills and an ability to handle ambiguity. You’ll be part of a 450-person strong team located all across the globe.

For this position we are looking for those with:
- Master’s degree or PhD with good academic record within HR, Organisational Psychology, Pedagogics, Law, Management, Change management, Human Resource Management, Organizational theory or other HR relevant studies, Master of Business Administration
- Completed degree within year of starting (2025)
- Fluent in English
- No more than than two years of experience
- Formal experience is not a requirement
- Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage
