WORK YOU’LL DO:

You will be part of our structured Deloitte SEA Graduate Analyst Program and be given a personal coach, the opportunity to undergo a 2-week intensive bootcamp training aimed at equipping you with the skillsets necessary to excel, and opportunities to gain regional exposure by travelling across SEA as part of project assignments, and other professional development opportunities.
This program will allow you to develop core consulting skills and business acumen whilst gaining access to a wide scope of training and development activities. In addition, you will have an opportunity to work with like-minded people and gain exposure to a variety of projects within the chosen business area. You will be at the center of it all, performing research, data analysis and modelling to tackle complex business problems. In addition, you will contribute directly to the development of proposals, presentations, and publications.

Your role is at the dynamic intersection of People, Technology, and Strategy. As a pivotal member of our team, you will actively engage in collaborative efforts that encompass:

• Data Analysis: You’ll dive into both structured and unstructured data related to people and organizations, extracting valuable insights and making sense of complex information.
• Facilitation: Engage in high-impact labs with senior leaders to facilitate experimentation, strategic discussions and charter future paths and models.
• Design: Contribute to the creation of initiatives, programs, and experiences that leave a lasting impact on the organization, with a strong focus on human-centered design principles.
• Architecture: Assist in crafting modern, adaptable, and human-centric organizational structures, driving innovation and efficiency.
• Team Activation: Empower teams and employees to embrace new mindsets and innovative ways of working, fostering a new [target] culture.
• Metrics Development: Develop cutting-edge methods and metrics for real-time monitoring of progress across various parameters that influence human effectiveness and well-being in the workforce.

As a Consulting Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of organizations by bridging the gap between data, strategy, and human-centric design.
