Our Graduate Programme is designed to support our Graduates in their roles, progressing their development and providing access to key knowledge across the business.
As a Graduate Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our Senior Site Engineers and the rest of the Site Team. This hands-on experience will give you a deep understanding of how the site operates. You’ll be actively involved in a variety of tasks across the site. The location of the role will be confirmed before your start date and may vary based on operational needs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Recent graduate of Level 7 or Level 8 qualification in Civil Engineering
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Site Manager and Senior Site Engineer in the running of the site
  • Assisting on all aspects of Site Management and project processes and procedures
  • General administrative duties as required by the Site Manager or Contracts Manager
  • File site project documentation
  • Requisition of materials
  • Quality control
  • Document control
  • Managing site records and deliveries
  • Report weekly and monthly data and information to site teams, key stakeholders and partners
  • Maintain a professional image for the company in all dealings with public and stakeholders
  • Other ad hoc duties that the Company may require from time to time
