We are looking for the next generation of Controls Systems Graduate Engineers to join our team of expert engineers on a wide range of interesting, complex, and diverse projects. These roles will work alongside other departments in a highly dynamic environment across the full engineering cycle from concept through to production.

Responsibilities:

You will begin your Prodrive career with a 2 year graduate development scheme with continual professional and technical mentorship, where:

  • You will be working on a variety of live projects, where:

  • How it delivers to its customers via unique processes and teamwork aligned to systems engineering principles and practices

You will be placed on secondments to the various departments, completing specific graduate development activities
  • How customer ideas are translated into functional solutions

  • You will learn about teamwork, communication, and how to manage stakeholders in a professional setting
