About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate to join our dynamic HRIS team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates who are comfortable working with Excel and Power BI tools, have a keen interest in HR analytics, and possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. A curious mindset is crucial for success in this role.
The main focus of this role will be to help us develop a comprehensive people dashboard in Power BI and improve the visualization of people data from Workday. In this role, you will be exposed to working on a global team, partnering with cross functional stakeholders & learning about HR trends & strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Assist in extracting, cleaning, and analysing HR data from our globally implemented Workday system.
  • Help develop and maintain a comprehensive people dashboard using Power BI to visualize HR metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with team members to define data requirements and ensure accurate and timely reporting.

HR Analytics:

  • Support HR initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in HR data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR analytics projects.

Problem Solving & Critical Thinking:

  • Brainstorm creative solutions to complex HR data challenges.
  • Apply critical thinking to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve data processes and reporting capabilities.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with HR team members and other departments to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
  • Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings and presentations to share data insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong interest in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to brainstorm and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow in the field of HR analytics.
