• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong interest in digital technologies, innovation, and their application within engineering and advisory services.
• Knowledge of digital tools such as BIM, GIS, Digital Twins, or cloud platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently as required.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications, including project management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite

As a Graduate in Digital Advisory, you will work closely with senior team members to support the delivery of digital transformation and advisory services. You will assist in the planning, implementation, and optimisation of digital tools and solutions for our clients, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate with a passion for technology and engineering to grow and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Assist in the delivery of digital advisory projects, providing technical and strategic support to clients.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions such as Building Information Modelling (BIM), Digital Twins, and other technology platforms.
• Support the assessment of clients’ current digital capabilities and help develop tailored transformation strategies.
• Conduct research and analysis to stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and digital solution proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and challenges, contributing to the development of digital strategies.
• Participate in client workshops, meetings, and training sessions.
• Ensure all digital solutions are aligned with industry standards, compliance, and best practices
