EDUCATION REQUIRED:

Applicants will have recently completed or are in the final year of a Technical Degree (B.Eng, B.Sc etc.)

Part 21 Design Services: The graduate engineers will get hands on experience designing engineering packages for aircraft ranging from interior cabin layout changes to external paint livery scheme changes, to avionic/electrical system reconfigurations. The large variance in project and aircraft types will ensure that there is never a dull moment for the graduate engineers.

  • Records Central Services: The graduate engineers will get hands on experience providing specialized Technical Records support to Lessors and Airlines, facilitating a streamlined transition of aviation assets from one lease to another. The graduate engineers will gain a wealth of experience on the Records Central Services Team.
  • CAMO Services: The graduate engineers will get hands on experience managing the transition of aircraft between operators (airlines) and national aviation authorities. From detailed reviewing of the aircraft technical records to on-site physical inspections of aircraft, our graduate engineers will gain a wealth of experience in continuing airworthiness management

On completion of the programme, you’ll be the type of person who has the proven ability to solve problems with sound judgment and have effective communication skills as well as excellent organizational skills and computer skills.
As part of the programme, you will be mentored by senior engineers, have the opportunity to rotate across the different engineering services departments and be involved in new and existing projects. All the above will provide you with the best training in the industry, while following a clear and structured development path.
