Responsibilities:
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:
As the Graduate Civil Engineer, you would work alongside the construction project teams supporting them in administration responsibilities along with monitoring and reporting the activities on each project to ensure the project is completed within schedule and cost. This will involve supporting the project across safety, quality, cost and program.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Support the Project Manager and Construction team to ensure the safe delivery of projects on time and within budget
- Planning and programming day to day responsibilities
- Sub-contractor Management where required
- Safety, Quality and Environmental Management where required
To be successful in this role you will need:
- A degree in Civil Engineering
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced environment and deliver on deadlines
- Ability to prepare and plan daily duties in organising required materials and supplies to complete the job
- Hold proven verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with an ability to develop and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholders
- Focus and commitment to a zero-harm environment
- Previous project management/support role experience (desired)
