Responsibilities:
The Graduate Programme provides a unique opportunity for highly talented and motivated individuals to gain valuable experience and training in the multifaceted disciplines of Engineering, Production, Quality and EHS During the programme, members will experience three, eight-month rotational assignments, while receiving exposure to the company’s core businesses, processes, technologies, and leaders.
We are seeking self-driven, ambitious individuals eager to develop their careers in the Life Science Industry.

All applicants for the Cork Graduate Programme may also be considered for our International Operations Leadership Development Programme (OLDP), a 3-year programme, consisting of four, nine-month rotational assignments including, where applicable, an international assignment.
The Graduate programme aims to:
- Provide an understanding of all aspects of a Production, Engineering, Quality.
- Provide opportunities of structured projects and apply that knowledge in the solution of a variety of problems.
- Develop technical and managerial leadership skills.
- Provide exposure to a regulated environment where high Quality and Patient focus along with Health and Safety are foremost.
- Develop their CPD programme to Chartered membership of IEI/IChemE as applicable.
