• Working on support to learn our Enterprise IT Infrastructure and needs as a business
• Supporting our self hosted services and systems
• Troubleshooting performance issues and errors
• Suggesting improvements and fixes
• Maintaining and managing software delivery on our 800+ fleet of Laptops and Virtual Machines
• Project days to grow and learn , by being given discrete projects to complete
• Use of scripting languages to help build the management and orchestration of our Enterprise Infrastructur
