Penetration Tester
This role’s main focus will be assisting in various cybersecurity assessments. You’ll participate in vulnerability assessments, identifying potential weaknesses in systems and applications. You’ll also be involved in different types of penetration testing, learning how to simulate cyber attacks ethically. As you progress, you’ll contribute to more complex tasks, such as bespoke penetration testing projects, always under the guidance of experienced team members.

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Understanding of common security vulnerabilities and attack vectors
  • Experience with security tools such as Burp Suite, Nmap, or Metasploit

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist and perform penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and security audits across web, network, and wireless platforms
  • Learn to identify and exploit vulnerabilities using industry-standard tools, while developing skills to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Contribute to clear, actionable penetration testing reports and engage in continuous learning through training and hands-on experience
  • Shadow experienced team members during real-world security tests and support internal projects to enhance our security testing capabilities
