BAE Systems do offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements, however it is expected on our Graduate Programme you will be required to attend your site 3-4 days per week. Please note, this may be subject to change in line with the needs of the business. The hybrid working arrangements including which days you are required to work on site/remotely will be outlined by your line manager.

SKILLS

As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, all degree subjects will be considered.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Working as part of our business HR team, you will support and enable our teams to deliver and perform by ensuring we have effective people plans, employee support and leadership solutions in place.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working as part of the HR team you will be supporting the business to ensure all the people related processes and systems operate effectively and efficiently.
  • You will be responsible for the delivery of the HR service into the business either as part of a specialist team or in a business partnering role.
  • You will work across a range of stakeholders, and be accountable for delivering a range of business requirements and demands through the HR team.
  • You will be involved in resourcing and recruitment, performance management, reward and recognition, employee relations.
  • You will also be involved with learning and development and organisation design and development.
