Our Safety & HVAC team at Fornebu is now looking for a Graduate HVAC Engineer.
As a graduate 2025, you will be a part of Aker Solutions’ graduate program 2025. This will give you the opportunity to build a professional network, meet fellow graduates from various locations, and visit our headquarters as well as one of our yards.
What will you be doing?

As one of our HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning) system engineers you will typically be involved in developing your competence and skills in one or more of the following activities:

• The design and development of HVAC systems within a complex offshore installation (platform, FPSO, etc)
• Performance of relevant HVAC system calculations
• Development of HVAC instruments and flow diagrams
• Use and development of database/design tools (necessary training will be given for specific tools)
• Interface and cooperation with other project team members, subcontractors/vendors and client personnel as necessary
• Participation in workshops and reviews

We think you should have:
We are looking for motivated candidates with a relevant technical degree.
You should enjoy working in project environments as a part of a large team, and have good communication skills. Professional proficiency in both verbal and written English is important.
