ESSENTIAL SKILLS - WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A commercially minded STEM graduate with a minimum of a 2:1 or equivalent
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong leadership potential; extra-curricular activity, positions of responsibility and work experience
• Up for world-wide travel, including a 3-6 month international placement
• Full driving license or access to continuous transport
• Conversational French

• A two-year rotational scheme which aims to build the managers of the future
• Variety - you will have exposure to several areas of the business & will travel to other sites frequently, including a 3-6 month placement abroad
