Description:
REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’sdegree/Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Responsibilities:
Support the responsibilities, requirements and compliance for maintaining accreditation of the sponsoring institution and its accredited graduate medical education programs.
- Work with the Designated Institutional Official (DIO) ensuring programs are compliant with accreditation requirements.
- Oversee the on-boarding logistics and hiring requirements for new residents, fellows and international medical graduates.
- Maintain resident/fellow profiles in centralized residency management system. Coordinate visa process for new international medical graduates.
- Provide support and serve as knowledge expert related to GME business operations.
- Act as liaison for accreditation site visits, providing accurate documents, preparing reports, delivering communications and status reports.
