GRADUATE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Location: Kimbolton
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum

Are you a qualified engineer with at least 5 years of experience, looking to take your career to the next level? We’re seeking a Graduate Operations Manager who can lead teams, drive performance, and optimize operations at our state-of-the-art facility in Kimbolton.

YOUR ROLE AS A GRADUATE OPERATIONS MANAGER:

As a Graduate Operations Manager , you will lead and manage both the Engineering and Production teams (total of 17-18 people), ensuring efficient operations and high-quality output. You’ll be responsible for optimizing processes, reducing downtime, and driving continuous improvement across the facility.

Key responsibilities of the Graduate Operations Manager include:

• Team Leadership: Motivating and developing the Engineering and Production teams to achieve targets.
• Operational Excellence: Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes for better performance.
• Plant Performance: Taking ownership of plant performance, including handling customer complaints and maintaining quality standards.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensuring all operations meet health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
