YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or equivalent qualification is desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present complex data effectively.
- Proficient in project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and insights clearly and concisely.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated passion for project management, innovation, and the consulting sector.

YOUR KEY DUTIES
We are currently seeking a talented Graduate to join our Program Advisory team. You will work closely with our consultants and project managers to provide critical insights, analysis, and recommendations to clients in order to drive strategic success and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on project management trends, methodologies, and best practices to identify opportunities and challenges for our clients.
- Collaborate with project teams to collect and analyze data, perform project planning, and develop business cases to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the formulation and execution of client engagements, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and deliverables that effectively communicate complex information and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support the development of frameworks, methodologies, and tools to enhance the project management capabilities of the Program Advisory team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and advancements in project management to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
